Your Eesystem™ Visit

Preparing for your session…

Drink plenty of water the day before, wear comfortable clothing, and have a light healthy meal prior to leaving home. These measures will help you feel more relaxed and at ease during your Eesystem Session

During your session… 

Close you eyes and focus on your breath. Allow yourself to experience any emotions if they arise. There will be soft music playing but you may use noice cancelling head phones or your own music with headphones. A sleep mask may be helpful while having your Eesystem Session

After your session… 

Drink water and Make sure you have a detox bath with Himalayan salt and baking soda for at least 20 minutes within 24 hours of your session to release toxins.
